Supporting Schools
Relationships and Sexuality Education is most effective when schools, parents, and young people work together. I support primary and post-primary schools in delivering age-appropriate, evidence-informed Relationships and Sexuality Education that promotes wellbeing, strengthens communication, and supports informed decision-making.
Drawing on over 20 years of educational experience and research in adolescent wellbeing and sexuality education, I work alongside schools to support student learning, parent engagement, and teacher confidence.
Support can include:
• Student workshops for primary and post-primary schools
• Parent Information Evenings and workshops
• Teacher Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
• Educational resources to support home-school partnership
A key aspect of my work is supporting schools to engage parents as active partners in their child's learning and wellbeing. Schools can also provide parents with access to my online course, Sex Education for Parents, which offers practical guidance, evidence-informed information, and communication strategies to help them approach conversations about relationships, sexuality, sexual orientation and gender, consent, and digital culture with greater confidence.
All programmes are tailored to the needs of individual school communities and are designed to complement existing SPHE, RSE, and wellbeing initiatives. My approach aims to create safe, respectful, and supportive learning environments where young people can develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to build healthy relationships and make informed choices.
Together, schools and families can play a vital role in supporting young people's wellbeing in today's changing social and digital world.

My aim is to help schools create safe, respectful, and supportive learning environments where young people receive consistent messages, trusted guidance, and the skills they need to navigate relationships and wellbeing with confidence.
